12 Month Guarantee

Every PJV Watch is covered by a 12-month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch develops a fault due to manufacturing or assembly during this period, we will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge, including labour.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, worn straps, faded coatings)

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Damage resulting from water ingress where the watch has been used beyond its stated water-resistance rating or where the crown was not fully secured

  • Battery replacement (for quartz models, if applicable)

Every PJV Watch is individually inspected before dispatch and is covered by our 12-month Parts & Labour Guarantee against manufacturing defects, giving you confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of your timepiece.
